Rental Rates and Information

• All Rentals are Saturday PM (Check in 3:00 PM) to Saturday AM (check-out 11:00 AM)
• 2012 Summer Season (Mid-June to Mid- August) $4,000/Week Off-Season $1,500/week or $350/nigtht *6% is added to every reservation
• $1000.00 Deposit due within 10 days of date the reservation is made.
• Deposit is non-refundable if cancelled within 90 days of the reservation.
• Balance is due two weeks before check in.
• Cleaning fee of $50.00 will be added to rentals less then 1 week. (Seven Nights)
• Until confirmed, all rates are subject to change without notice.
• Payment methods accepted: Personal Check, Money Order, Cashiers Check will be confirmed via US mail, after check clears.
• Rates and Schedule are subject to change at Owners Discretion.
• Pets must be leashed or tethered at all times while outside, unless while in the lake. Please pick up after your pets!!
• Renters with pets will be held financially responsible for any damages caused by their pets while on the rental premises.
• Please Read our Pet Policy if you plan to bring your pet.
